Please read before booking. By booking, you agree to all policies below.

📍 APPOINTMENTS
All services are by appointment only
No walk-ins at this time
This is a private home-based beauty suite
Address will be provided after booking confirmation
⏰ ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened
💳 PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of service
We accept: Cash, Cash App, Credit or Debit cards
Clients may also choose to pay in full online when booking
🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
Same-day cancellations may result in limited future bookings
No-call/no-shows will not be allowed to book again
👩🏾👧👦 GUEST POLICY
No extra guests allowed unless being serviced
(Please reframe from bringing small children unless they are getting a service)
💇🏾♀️ SERVICE CONDITIONS
Hair must be manageable for booked service
Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive tangling
Extra time required
Hair length/thickness
Please send a picture of hair to 434-713-4975 when you book appointment

Is disrespectful
Arrives excessively late
Does not follow booking policies
